About the Center
James Oates Park is an 87 -acre park that features two (2) six-field baseball/softball complexes. Each field features all-new AstroTurf infields. Each field, with the luxury of portable mounds and varying base distances, is capable of hosting baseball games and tournaments up to age 12. Each field is also capable of hosting fast-pitch softball games and tournaments for all ages. Portable fencing is available to make each field playable at varying lengths.
The park also features a 1-mile lighted walking trail, two (2) playgrounds and a pavilion.
