Commissioner Bradley Bedwell

Bradley Bedwell was elected to the Dothan City Commission in an election held August 3rd, 2021. He is a longtime resident of Dothan who graduated with a degree in Accounting from Auburn University - Montgomery. He currently holds the Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and the Certified Internal Auditor designations.

Bradley owns and manages five small businesses that serve our local area. He has obtained his Alabama Home Builders License in the fall of 2021. Bradley and his business partner formed Premier Construction and Contracting, Inc. in 2021.

Bedwell is a graduate of Leadership Dothan, the past treasurer for Alfred Saliba Family Services, and the past audit committee chairman for the Alabama - Florida chapter of the Boys Scouts of America.

Bradley’s wife, Jessica, is an Accountant Manager for Georgia Pacific, and they have been married since 2010. The Bedwell’s have two children, Jase and Rex, as well as Labrador Retriever named Colt. Bradley, in his free time, is an avid hunter and offshore fisherman.
